Former congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul is one of many other politicians and scholars that have been quick to point out the circular logic in the lockdown of American citizens in response to the COVID-19 virus. In effect, he contends that no matter the type or severity of a virus, the government response can always be portrayed as a victory. The CDC changed its prediction of 1 million potential deaths to 60,000, which could be less than the seasonal flu virus. Ron Paul says:
The people who promoted this the most, guys like [Dr.] Fauci are admitting that they may have over-predicted [their numbers]…but you know what? They’re pretty adaptable. They say they didn’t over-estimate, they under-estimated their ability to contain the virus! This is positively amazing how they’re going to get credit for this now, and therefore, they are not going to give up…they are not going to go away. They have to save face, their credibility is on the line. Fauci and Gates, they are not going to give up and neither will the other authoritarians in government.
When Dr. Paul states that “they are not going to give up,” he means they will not change their authoritarian perspective on how contagions should be handled, even if there is evidence that this disease came from a government lab in Wuhan with a $3.7 million grant from the United States. He highlights that Fauci believes this virus “will never truly go away,” and Americans should “be ready” for other restrictive measures. Ron Paul cites a Zerohedge article which points out that the reaction from the government to unleash martial law throughout America is to get the American people ready for further interventions because “it can happen again, and we need to be prepared to respond to a much greater problem.” Paul is clearly hinting at the possibility of another orchestrated event in the future to provide a catalyst for continued medical tyranny.
Dr. Paul and co-host Daniel McAdams also point out that herd immunity cannot be developed if all of us stay locked in our homes indefinitely. “It guarantees that the virus will be back in the fall, as Fauci predicts,” McAdams says. They also are quick to point out that the lockdowns and restrictions have had seemingly no effect on the outbreak, comparing South Carolina and Colorado who both have similar population numbers. Colorado has enacted an authoritarian lockdown at the hands of Governor Jared Polis, while South Carolina has chosen to keep their “OPEN” sign on. South Carolina has only had 80 COVID-19 deaths, as compared to Colorado’s 290. Overall, it is clear they both disagree with Fauci and the CDC’s analysis and overreaction.
The Conservatarian Press will be analyzing the COVID-19 pandemic in detail as it directly relates to the implementation of a technocracy under UN Agenda 2030, which will be covered extensively in the upcoming book, Californication: The Rise of the American Technocracy.
